ShareDev Technologies, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates The Ultimate Rizz mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

The Ultimate Rizz uses the OpenAI API (GPT-4o mini and DALL-E 3 models) to power all AI features. OpenAI is operated by OpenAI, LLC, 3180 18th St, San Francisco, CA 94110.

Data is transmitted to OpenAI solely to generate the AI response you requested. We do not store your submitted text or photos on our servers. OpenAI may retain submitted data in accordance with their own policies. You can review OpenAI’s data practices at openai.com/policies/privacy-policy.
Your permission is required. On first launch, the app presents an explicit consent checkbox asking for your permission before any data is sent to OpenAI. You must actively check this box to enable AI features. If you do not consent, AI features will not be available.
The Ultimate Rizz displays advertisements served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising network operated by Google LLC. AdMob may collect and use data from your device to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, including:
This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy and Google AdMob’s data practices. We do not receive or store any personally identifiable information from AdMob.
Rewarded Ads: When you choose to watch a rewarded video ad to earn tokens, that interaction is processed entirely by Google AdMob. We only receive a callback indicating whether the reward was earned.

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play depending on your platform. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Billing is governed by Apple’s and Google’s respective privacy policies and terms of service.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information except in the following limited circumstances:
We may share user data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our app and delivering core functionality. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide.
This includes AI service providers used to process user-submitted content such as images.
All data transmitted between the app and our servers, and between the app and OpenAI, uses HTTPS encryption. We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our app allows users to upload images for analysis. To provide this functionality, images are securely transmitted to a third-party service provider, OpenAI.
We use OpenAI’s API to process and analyze images in order to generate results for the user.
OpenAI does not use submitted data to train its models. However, OpenAI may retain API request data, including images, for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring and safety purposes. After this period, the data is deleted, unless retention is required by law.
We do not store uploaded images on our own servers unless explicitly stated, and images are only used to provide the requested functionality.
We retain data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. App preferences and settings stored locally on your device can be cleared by uninstalling the app.
For certain features such as AI-based image processing, data may be temporarily processed and retained by third-party providers for a limited period (e.g., up to 30 days) for security and abuse prevention purposes, after which it is deleted.
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at getrizzed@sharedevtech.com and we will take steps to delete that information.
