Terms of Service – The Ultimate Rizz

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of The Ultimate Rizz mobile application (“App”), operated by ShareDev Technologies, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Entertainment Purposes Only

THE APP IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. All AI-generated content is provided solely for entertainment and does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal, medical, financial, career, or relationship advice. Do not make important life decisions based solely on AI-generated content from this App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you are 13 or older. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s consent.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

Harass, threaten, or harm any individual
Generate content that is illegal under applicable law
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the App
Use the App in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law

4. Subscriptions & Billing

The PRO subscription is priced at $2.99 per month
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
To cancel, manage your subscription in your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) subscription settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date
Refunds are subject to Apple’s and Google’s respective refund policies
ShareDev Technologies, LLC does not process payments directly — all billing is handled by Apple or Google

5. Tokens

Tokens are in-app credits with no monetary value. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. Unused tokens may expire if the App is uninstalled. Welcome tokens are issued once per device/installation.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SHAREDEV TECHNOLOGIES, LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHAREDEV TECHNOLOGIES, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, branding, and all related intellectual property are owned by ShareDev Technologies, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
